The month of December found us celebrating Christmas with a Santa-related activity every weekend. Riley learned the word "overexposure." (Just kidding.) I apologize in advance for the gratuitous amount of photos below of our only child.
We kicked off the holiday season with a visit to Old Sac to see the light show. Santa made a surprise visit afterward, so we snagged a pic.
The next weekend we went to the Community Center for a city-sponsored event.

| We followed up our Santa sighting with a trip to the ice cream parlor. No, Riley didn't eat that whole sundae herself. I may have played a small role in devouring it. Robb practically lost a finger in the process. |

| As we were the last ones to leave, Riley got a special shout-out! Weekend #3 found us at a different community center (yeah, we hit up all our surrounding cities) for breakfast with Santa. This time Grandpa and Grandma came along. |

| At this point, Riley was becoming a pro at visiting with Santa ... as long as she had her trusty hand to suck on. |

| Afterward there was a "workshop" with games and treats that the Boy Scouts and other random teenagers put on. |
